You may think that my success came from going viral from a few Reels, speaking on stages across the country but I actually saw growth way before that stuff even happened, through Instagram Stories!
Without them, I wouldn’t have the business that I have today. Point blank, period! I’ve always used them to document my day and bring people into my world and it led to so many fun conversations and relationships!
Because here’s the truth: people don’t just buy your product or service.
They’re buying from someone they know, like and trust.
And Instagram Stories are one of the fastest ways to build real relationships that actually lead to sales.
So if you’re looking for better engagement and higher conversions through Instagram, Instagram stories are a great place to start.
Here’s your week of Instagram Story prompts that are simple, specific, and proven to build connection + engagement (even if you feel like your life is boring).

Saturday & Sunday
Keep things light, personal, and FUN 🎉
Simply document! Showing the personal stuff on the weekends is when I get the most views & engagement because we truly bond over the “mundane”.
Forget the “rules” & share what you’re up to and allow us to bond with you on a human level.
OR…take a break from Stories either Sat or Sun completely to take a breath! (bonus tip, letting Stories expire for a day boosts views the next time you post to Stories)
BONUS TIP: Tag local businesses you go to over the weekend (coffee shops, yoga studios, hair salons, etc). They’ll likely share & show love back!
